The Human Resources Department is responsible for the support of four divisions and their employees.  The department consists of :

Richard Crouthamel, Employee Relations Manager

Nicole Brickley, Benefits Administrator

and two full time recruiters

Intercommunity Action, Inc. provides a comprehensive paid and time benefit package for its employees who are scheduled to work at least thirty hours a week .  The paid and time benefit package includes:
