As people age, changes in social, emotional or medical needs can occur that require supervised treatment and appropriate therapeutic activities. Families often choose to provide care at home but may need help to do so.

Interac's Adult Day Services Center provides services to physically and/or cognitively impaired older adults and supports their caring families. Our professional team includes a social worker, nurse and activity therapist. We offer a balanced program of therapy and activity to help older people maintain the highest possible level of independence.

Services Include:

• Assessment and care planning

• Information and referrals

• Individual and family counseling

• Health screenings and monitoring

• ADL training and nursing interventions

• Medication administration and reviews

• Hot luncheons and snacks

• Personal care

• Creative group and individual programs

Our Adult Day Services Center is housed in a Victorian mansion in the Northwest section of Philadelphia, convenient to major highways and public transit. Our home-like setting promotes a comfortable and safe atmosphere.
