The Job Club offers pre-vocational and vocational services to clients in any of Interac's Mental Health programs. Pre-vocational activities include groups within the Partial Hospital Program and Work Units, which allow for meaningful unpaid work experiences within the safety of the program.

Vocational opportunities consist of paid positions in the community, including Transitional Employment jobs and positions in the Job Club's consumer-run retail business. Staff support is available to the extent necessary for each individual Job Club Member.

Clients interested in pursuing vocational goals may enter the Job Club through any of these activities. Participation in the Partial Hospitalization Program is encouraged for those who could benefit from it. It is not, however, a requirement for joining the Job Club.
