The Adult Developmental Training Program is designed to assist participants in developing their skills to the fullest. Program activities are structured so as to assist participants in developing the skills necessary for Community Living. Focus areas of training include: self care, communication, mobility, socialization and an awareness of and interaction with the environment. Exposure to vocational opportunities are incorporated into the program design. A minimum of one direct service worker for every six participants is present at all times. Community Integrated Activities are offered on a more individualized basis.
